Pre-packaged expertise

OpenMaster SLAs expertise packs cover the most commonly used report requirements. They allow you to begin to produce reports on standard functions within minutes of installation. The reports are published to the web in easy-to-navigate frames, and can typically be presented in daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly views.

Views can be easily traversed by using the Report Viewer Java applet.

Report Pack for Resource Availability

Report for Resource Availability provides daily and monthly reports, covering resources and sub-resource. For example, Oracle databases and instances. For any resource that generates alerts (SNMP Traps, Patrol data, events, log files,...), Resource Availability is a way to detect periods of unavailability for measuring compliance with service level agreement . You can set it to to take into account only the systems or alert types that you are interested in monitoring.

Report Pack for Alarm

Report for Alarm provides daily and monthly reports. Practically any resource producing alerts in your Information System can be an information source: SNMP traps, Patrol data, events, log files,... Report Pack for Alarms can also be configured to produce reports on the security alerts generated by Evidian IAM Suite and enterprise security features.

Report Pack for Windows Servers

Report Pack for Windows Systems provides several views of a Windows system, that represent the daily evolution of indicators for CPU, memory, interrupts, processor and queue frames.

Report Pack for Unix and Linux servers

Report Pack for Unix and Linux servers provides several views of a UNIX System, that represent the daily evolution of indicators for CPU, memory, disk, and file systems. The disk partition view gives the status of space free and space used of each disk.

Report Pack for LAN

Report Pack for LAN generates a global report per Router and detailed reports on each of its interfaces, either for Router equipment or RMON Probe.
